Coarse Grinding & Leveling:
To grind away the laitance, high spots, and oil stains on the concrete surface, opening its pores to provide a solid, level, and high-adhesion substrate for the microcement.

Timing:
Must be performed before microcement application.

Tool & Grit Specification:
Use coarse-grit (e.g., 30#/40#) diamond grinding blocks/pads.

Critical Requirement:
Dust must be removed thoroughly using an industrial vacuum system connected to the grinder.
